Privacy Policy — HuskHusk
Last updated: 2026-05-24
HuskHusk does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.
What the app stores, and where
The app writes a small number of values to your device's local
UserDefaults (a private, per-app storage area provided by iOS):
- the date of your first launch — used to determine whether you are still inside the 3-day free trial;
- a flag indicating whether you've seen the onboarding screen;
- a flag indicating whether you've purchased the one-time unlock.
These values are stored on your device only. They are not synced to iCloud. They are not transmitted to us or to any third party. They are deleted when you delete the app.
What the app does not collect
- Your name, email address, age, gender, or any other identifier.
- Your location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or any other sensor.
- Your usage of the app — when you opened it, how long your sessions were, how many cards you swiped, or whether you completed a session.
- Any device identifier, advertising identifier, or analytics data of any kind.
There is no account system, no sign-in, and no backend server.
Network requests
The only network requests the app makes are to Apple's StoreKit, in order to:
- look up the price and availability of the one-time unlock;
- complete a purchase, when you tap "unlock";
- restore a prior purchase, when you tap "restore";
- verify your purchase entitlement on launch.
These requests are made to Apple, governed by Apple's privacy policy, and contain no information about you that Apple does not already have through your Apple ID and App Store account.
Children
The app is rated 4+ and does not collect any data. It is safe for children to use.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted at the URL where you found this one. The "Last updated" date at the top will change.
