2.1 No Personal Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or process any personal data. iTypeArabic is designed to function entirely offline on your device.

2.2 Profiles, Sessions & Typing Statistics

•    The profile name you enter (and any additional profiles you create) is stored locally on your device and is never uploaded to any server.
•    Your typing sessions—including speed (CPM), accuracy, completed words, XP, streaks, and per-letter statistics—are stored locally on your device.
•    What you type during practice (Arabic letters, words, and paragraphs) is compared against the on-device target text in real time and discarded as soon as a session ends. Keystrokes are never transmitted, logged, or stored beyond the immediate scoring.
•    Achievements and progress data remain on your device and can be erased at any time using the "Reset progress" option in the profile sheet.

2.3 No Tracking or Analytics

•    iTypeArabic does not track user behavior, app usage, or any personal identifiers.
•    We do not use third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or similar tracking services.
•    No data is shared with third parties.

2.4 No Ads or Third-Party Services

•    iTypeArabic is a completely ad-free experience.
•    We do not use third-party advertising networks or monetization tools that collect user data.
•    iTypeArabic contains no third-party SDKs.

3. Permissions and Device Access

iTypeArabic requires no special permissions to function. The app uses only standard, sandboxed iOS facilities:

•    System Keyboard – iTypeArabic uses the iOS Arabic keyboard you have already added in your device settings. The app does not install custom keyboards and never reads keystrokes outside its own input field.
•    UserDefaults – Used to remember your selected color palette and typography preferences across launches.
•    On-Device File Storage – Used to save your profile data, sessions, and letter statistics in the app's private container, accessible only to iTypeArabic.

4. Your Privacy Rights

Because we do not collect personal data, there is no stored information for us to: • Modify • Delete • Share

You remain in full control of your data at all times. You can erase any profile's progress instantly using the "Reset progress" option, or delete a profile entirely from the profile sheet. Uninstalling iTypeArabic immediately removes all locally stored data from your device.
